Golden Milk Latte

Golden milk has become very popular lately and we LOVE it! There are a lot of different recipes for this but this is what we do! It is so easy and quick!! Hope you enjoy!

Golden Milk Latte (print here )

 Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice

½ cup water

1 tbsp. coconut oil

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. turmeric

1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a single serve blender
  2. Blend until it get foamy
  3. Pour into microwave safe mug and microwave for 1-2 minutes. (Make sure it doesn’t boil over). You can also heat on the stove if you prefer.

*You can heat your milk up first and then add to blender and blend, this will make it more foamy

The Best Eggplant Recipe

I don’t want to be biased but this is the best way to eat eggplant! But seriously this is SOOO GOOD! And what is even better is the dressing you use for this recipe goes amazing with pretty much all veggies! Hope you enjoy!!

Roasted Eggplant (print here )

Ingredients:

1 medium eggplant sliced with skin on

For the dressing

¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp. lemon juice

Zest of one lemon

½ tbsp. oregano

1 tsp. dried parsley

2 cloves of minced garlic

Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients for the dressing
  3. Toss eggplant with dressing and place on a parchment lined baking sheet
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes in oven, turning the slices halfway through
