Pumpkin Bread

So I decided to make some pumpkin bread! I kinda measured, kinda didn’t haha so the flavor (spices, how sweet it is, etc.) is up to your preference! I honestly don’t like using recipes or writing down ingredients which is why I feel like I can never post recipes on here😆 But I’ve decided I’m gonna do things a little differently on here now. I’m gonna post non-recipe recipes… I’ll tell you what I use and sorta what I did (with baking recipes I’ll go into more detail obviously) and why I used the ingredients I did. So it will give you ideas for simple, healthy meals!! For this bread I used oats and almond flour which are both more nutrient dense then regular flour!! Then the pumpkin adds vitamin K, betacarotene, and fiber. And it all combines into something delicious!! Hope you enjoy😊

-Ingredients-
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
2-4 tbsp water (if needed)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Some cinnamon (or a lot, no judgement here)
A little ginger
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips (optional)
-Directions-
1. Ground oats into a flour, combine it with the almond flour
2. Add cinnamon, ginger, and salt and mix well
3. Add milk of choice, maple syrup, pumpkin, and water if batter is too thick
4. Add baking powder and chocolate chips if using
5. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes
