Back to school time already!! This recipe is a lifesaver because quick breakfast is usually the way it goes for me😜 Granola is easy to make ahead of time and can save you time in the morning and you can also bring it for snack. I don’t like buying granola though because it usually has a lot of added sugar and not so good oils. I like to add real honey to make granola and switch the oils with seeds and nut butter! Hope this school year has lots of easy mornings!!👍🏼
Honey & Tahini Granola

2 cups old fashioned oats

Pinch of salt
Optional: dried fruit
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together oats, almond flour, seeds, cinnamon and salt.
- In a smaller bowl, mix the honey (might need more depended on how sweet you want it) and tahini together then add to oat mixture
- Stir well to combine. Should be crumbly
- Grease and 8×8 dish with ghee. Pour the mixture into the dish and press down firmly
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of the oven and let cool for at least 10 minute, then crumble into smaller pieces and place into jars. Can keep on counter until ready to eat
