Heyy it’s Friday!! I kinda feel like I was so busy this week that I don’t even remember what happened… But somehow we made it to Friday and I got a great recipe for you today!! Scones🎉  On spring break I might have eaten a scone as my post workout snack😂 And I kinda missed them so I made some of course!!

Rosemary Lemon Scones


¾ cup regular flour or gluten free flour

½ cup almond flour

1 ½ tsp. rosemary, dried

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. lemon zest

1 tbsp. ghee

2 tbsp. – ¼ cup water or milk

2 tbsp. honey*


  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the gluten free flour and the almond flour. Add the rosemary and baking soda and mix well
  3. Next add the lemon zest, lemon juice, ghee, 2 tablespoons of the milk and the honey. Stir to combine. If the mixture is too dry add more milk.
  4. On a parchment lined pan, form a circle and gently cut into 6 wedges.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly brown on top

*you can use more honey if you want it sweeter but I would suggest not using as much milk so that the mixture isn’t too wet

We ate ours with a little drizzle of honey on top and they were delicious!!
