Back at it

Oh the Monday after spring break and day light savings time… I’m sleepy. But I know we can all make it through today!! 😬 These are made from nuts, some caffeine (thanks to the matcha) and fruit and man are they tasty👌🏼 Oh and this flavor combo was inspired by an ice cream sandwich I had last week😂

Matcha Strawberry Cashew Balls


1 cup cashews

2 tsp. matcha powder

1 tbsp. milk of choice

small handful of freeze dried strawberries

¼ tsp. salt


  1. In a food processor, pulse cashews until powder is formed
  2. Add the matcha and salt and pulse until the mixture can hold together but is still crumbly.
  3. Add the milk and stir, the mixture should be able to hold its shape (add more milk if needed)
  4. Crush the small handful of strawberries over the mixture and stir until incorporated
  5. Form into 11-14 balls. Put on a tray and place in fridge for 30 minutes to firm. Place in container and store in fridge
