Lavender Pudding

Happy Friday!! My weekend will consist of homework (always), the olympics and eating this pudding!! My fam loves lavender lattes so mom decided to try that flavor in tapioca pudding (it’s her fav) and it’s DELICIOUS!!!! You should totally try it out if you love lavender lattes like us👌🏼

Lavender Latte Tapioca Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

2/3 cup tapioca pearls

1 1/2 cup water

2 1/2 cups milk

1/4 cup maple syrup (or to taste)

1 tsp lavender paste or 2 tbsp lavender syrup

1 tsp. freeze dried coffee

1 tsp. vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soak tapioca pearls per direction on the package. Ours had us soak the pearls in 1 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes
  2. With the pearls in a saucepan, add the milk and maple syrup. Bring to a boil and then simmer until it starts to get thick
  3. Once thick take off the heat and add the lavender, coffee and vanilla
  4. Mix well and taste. Add more flavorings if you want. Add to a storage container and let set and cool for at least one hour
