We love tahini!

We really do love tahini😬 But hey it’s part of Lebanese cuisine, I’ve been eating it my whole life, it’s delicious and it makes awesome dressings👍🏼 So for this recipe I decided to take an Asian spin on a tahini dressing! This is the perfect side dish if you’re having an Asian food night or just want something to meal prep!!

Shredded Cabbage with Asian Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

1/3 cup tahini

1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 tbsp. fish sauce (could sub with soy sauce or coconut aminos, amounts may vary though)

½ cup water

1 tbsp. ghee

Directions:

  1. Cut the cabbage into quarters. Then slice thinly
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a pint size mason jar and shake to combine
  3. Add ghee to a large saucepan and heat until melted. Add the cabbage and cook until slightly translucent and tender
  4. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and toss to combine
