It’s citrus season!! Grapefruit is one of my favs but oranges are pretty close! Lets look at the benefits of eating a daily orange

  1. STROKE- Eating citrus can actually help women against having strokes due to a compound found in them
  2. COLLAGEN- Vitamin C is a critical component in making collagen. Collagen is what keeps your skin looking healthy and your hair strong
  3. HEART DISEASE- Oranges contain a flavonoid compound called hesperidin which prevents your arteries from being blocked
  4. FIBER- Just make sure you aren’t getting your oranges just from juice! That way you will get the fiber!!
