Apple Pumpkin Bake

Ever wanted to eat fall in one bite? I gotcha covered with this bake👌🏼 Pumpkin and apple go together like peanut butter and jelly! Make it today and have it for the rest of the week!

Apple Pumpkin Bake


1 can pumpkin puree

3 medium apples, shredded

½ cup slivered almonds

2 tbsp. flour (could use almond flour if desired)

½ tbsp. molasses

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. salt


  1. In a medium sized bowl, add pumpkin puree, molasses, cinnamon and salt. Mix to combine
  2. Add the apples, tigernut flour and slivered almonds. Mix well
  3. Place into a greased 8×8 glass baking dish. Bake at 350F for 25-20 minutes

Store in the fridge. Perfect for grab and go breakfast!

    • You could totally use almond flour!! Or even coconut flour but maybe just 1 tablespoon. The flour is just there to make it a little thicker and help it bind! This is one of my fav recipes right now!
