We are almost there!! This week is almost overšš¼ Iāve been trying to be very aware of my mood and the use of my time this week and it has helped A TON! So your Wednesday motivation is keep a positive outlook on EVERYTHING you do! And this includes things like driving because I know some people that have pretty intense road rage and they donāt just go back to having a good mood after driving. Just know that you donāt have to get angry over the silly things in lifešš¼
And if this week as made you a little overwhelmed try this simple turkey burgers! They are only 6 ingredients and are a great choice to add to any meal! Put them on top of salad, wrapped in lettuce or with a bowl of soup! They are so easy to take to lunch with you too
Simple 6 Ingredient Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground turkey
2 tsp. chopped green onion
½ cup parsley
4 cups spinach
1 cup crumbled feta cheese or goat cheese (if dairy free omit)
1 tbsp. of our fried chicken seasoning (find he recipe here)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and make into roughly 16 patties
- Cook on a griddle or fry pan on medium-high heat. Can uses ghee or coconut oil to cook them in
