We felt like it was time for a new name… Feeding Wellness means not only eating to fuel your body but hanging with the fam, having a good mindset, going out in nature, volunteering, controlling your stress, praying, meditating, getting good sleep and SO MUCH MORE. A lot of things can impact our health and wellness. There are so many different ways to approach diet, exercise and lifestyle. My own wellness journey has been WAY different than I expected but it has taught me more than expected too! And I’m super excited to learn more each and every day. We all have to go on our own journey. We all have to choose our own path. We all have to feed our own wellness.
