GRANOLA

Is there anything better than granola in the morning?🤔 Especially when it’s ginger maple flavor AND there’s no grains just seeds!!🤗 If you love ginger like me you will love this! But if your not to into ginger feel free to omit it and just make some maple granola! Oh and did I mention it’s super CHUNKY❤️

Ginger Maple Granola (print here)

Ingredients:

1 + ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

2 tbsp. tahini or almond butter

½ tbsp. ginger (use less if you want less of a ginger taste or don’t use it at all to make maple granola)

2 tbsp. maple syrup

¼ tsp. salt

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a food processer, add ¼ cup pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, pulse until crumbly flour is formed
  3. In a small bowl, add tahini, ginger, maple syrup and salt. Mix well. Add pumpkin seed flour mixture and stir to combine
  4. Add pumpkin seeds to mixture and mix well. Pour mixture onto a parchment lined pan and press into a ¼ inch thick square
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges brown
  6. Let cool 10 minutes then break apart into bite sized pieces
