Is there anything better than granola in the morning?🤔 Especially when it’s ginger maple flavor!🤗 If you love ginger like me you will love this! But if your not into ginger, feel free to omit it and just make some maple granola! Oh and did I mention it’s super CHUNKY❤️
Ginger Maple Granola
Ingredients:
1.5 cups oats
2 tbsp. seeds of choice, we used pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup tahini or almond butter
½ tbsp. ginger (use less if you want less of a ginger taste or don’t use it at all to make maple granola)
2 tbsp. maple syrup (or more depended on your preference)
¼ tsp. salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a food processer, add ¼ cup pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, pulse until crumbly flour is formed
- In a small bowl, add tahini, ginger, maple syrup and salt. Mix well. Add pumpkin seed flour mixture and stir to combine
- Add pumpkin seeds to mixture and mix well. Pour mixture onto a parchment lined pan and press into a ¼ inch thick square
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges brown
- Let cool 10 minutes then break apart into bite sized pieces
