Apple Cider Donuts

Apple Cider. Donuts. The best combo ever👍🏼 These have a great texture and perfect fall taste!! These are great to add to lunch boxes or for dessert! And these are gluten free, egg free, dairy free and refined sugar free!!!🤗 try them out🍁

Fallin’ for Donuts (print here)

Makes 6 donuts

Ingredients:

¾ cup almond flour

¼ cup banana flour

¼ cup flax meal

4-6 dates

1 small apple, chopped

½ cup + 2 tbsp. apple cider

2 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg

¼ tsp. ginger

1/8 tsp. cloves

½ tsp. baking soda

 

Directions:

  1. Combine almond flour, banana flour, flax meal, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves in a medium sized bowl. Mix well
  2. Blend apple cider with dates and chopped up apple. Blend until smooth
  3. Add mixture to dry ingredients and mix to combine. Add baking soda
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a donut pan with some butter or ghee and add mixture
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Let cool completely before removing from the pan or they might break. Enjoy!
