Chai Spiced

Fall spiced pudding… or jello… I don’t actually know what to call this😂 It’s kinda like a chai latte but in jello form… that might sound interesting to some people ha! But my mom and I liked it!! And it gives you an extra dose of gelatin into your diet; gelatin is great for your hair, skin and gut!!!! Give it a try and let us know

Chai Tea Pudding (print here)

Ingredients:

½ cup strong brewed chai tea (I did 3 tbsp. loose leaf tea in ½ cup of warm water. I brewed mine overnight but 1 hour would be fine)

1 tbsp. gelatin powder

2 cups milk of choice

½ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg

1/8 tsp. cloves

1 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Heat the tea up in a saucepan
  2. Blend the milk with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
  3. Add the gelatin to the milk mixture and let sit to hydrate it
  4. Pour the tea into the milk mixture and stir until all gelatin has dissolved. Add the maple syrup and stir
  5. Pour into 3 small mason jars and place into fridge to set
