Fall is here!! (Well not this weather😥) And we’ve made a recipe that gives it to ya straight in a mug!!! This recipe is thanks to my brother who went to a place in Kansas City and got a drink called “Hug in a Mug,” he thought he could create it at home and it turned out sooo good! This will definitely be a drink we’ll be sipping on all autumn long.
2 cups coconut milk (or almond)
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
1/8 tsp. cardamom
1/8 tsp cloves
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ tbsp. maple syrup
optional: instant coffee, espresso, regular coffee, or Dandy Blend
optional: 1 scoop collagen peptides (the secret to the foam😉)
Warm the milk over the stove until your preferred temperature. Blend milk and all other ingredients and enjoy!!
