Sweet Fries!

Or you could call them dessert fries because seriously they taste like dessert!!!! You could totally still have these on the side for dinner too! And regular sweet potatoes work as well👌🏼


1 medium Asian sweet potato

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tbsp. Ghee or coconut oil

¼ tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut sweet potato into fry shape
  3. Toss potatoes with ghee to evenly coat, then toss with cinnamon and salt
  4. Place onto a parchment lined pan. Make sure they are in one even layer
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender and crispy
