Pineapple Chia Pudding

You can do this with different juices too! Just make sure they are not from concentrate and preferably cold pressed! This is because when you concentrate juice you actually heat it up and pretty much take all the nutrients out of it. Plus juice already has no fiber which means you’re left with one thing… sugar. Making sure to get juice not from concentrate is a way to get more nutrients and getting cold-pressed means they don’t heat it up at all👍🏽

Pineapple Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup coconut cream or full fat yogurt

4 tbsp. chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Mix together juice and cream or yogurt. This should be sweet enough but you could add honey if you wanted
  2. Stir in the chia seeds one tablespoon at a time
  3. Stir every minute for 5 minutes
  4. Place in the fridge to set completely
