Today were going to talk about something that adds a lot of flavor to dishes…. GARLIC! Why should you add it to your food?
- PREVENT CANCER- Garlic is shown to prevent and reduce breast cancer (1)
- IMMUNE SYSTEM- Garlic is antimicrobial, antiviral and anti-fungal! This is because the component allicin
- DEMENTIA- Garlic can be used to treat/prevent dementia. It contains antioxidants that support the body’s protective mechanisms against oxidative damage, which contributes to cognitive illnesses like dementia (2)
- DIABETES- It also has been shown to regulate your blood sugar levels! This means people with type II Diabetes can use garlic to help them keep there blood sugars regular (3)
And its pretty easy to add garlic into your daily food routines! We have a lot of recipes with garlic in them so if you need inspiration check them out!!

You really make it seem really easy along with your presentation but I to find this matter to be really one thing that I believe I’d by no means understand. It kind of feels too complex and extremely huge for me. I’m having a look ahead to your subsequent post, I’ll try to get the cling of it!
