Happy Monday! I bought some dried lavender and I’ve been trying to think of how to use it… so I decided to infuse the flavor into some popsicles and they were pretty good!!! More lavender recipes to come maybe😉

Lavender Blackberry Chia Popsicles (print here)

Makes 8-10 popsicles


1 6 oz container of blackberries

3 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. dried lavender

½ cup water or milk of choice, warm

2 bananas

1 tbsp. honey (optional)


  1. Add the lavender buds to the water and let sit for about 30 minutes
  2. Strain the water into a blender and add 1 cup of the blackberries and blend until smooth
  3. In a small bowl, combine blackberry mixture and chia seeds and stir well, set aside for about 10 minutes
  4. Blend the bananas with just enough water for them to become smooth. Add the honey here if using
  5. Once the chia mixture is set, alternate the blackberry mixture and the banana mixture until all your popsicle molds are filled. I also added 1-2 whole blackberries to mine at this time
  6. Place in freezer until set
