Carrot Cake Chia

I LOVE making new chia pudding recipes!! The first time I made this one though I used a little too much spices😬 haha so it was a little spicy but hey mom liked it! But I remade it and I think this one tastes DELICIOUS! Perfect snack for anytime! Hope you enjoy

Carrot Cake Chia Pudding (Print here)


2 carrots, steamed

1 banana

½ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg

¼ tsp. ginger

1-3 tbsp. honey

1 cup water or milk of choice (more if needed)

6 tbsp. chia seeds (or less if you want it less thick)


  1. Steam the carrots slightly so they are easier to blend
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (make sure to taste it to see if you want to add anything to it)
  3. Pour in a storage container. Put chia seeds in one tablespoon at a time
  4. Stir every minute for 5 minutes
  5. Place in fridge and let sit for one hour or overnight
