Cherry Chia Jam (print here)
Makes approx. 2 cups
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
2 tbsp. chia seeds, ground
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon zest
½ fruit juice or water
Optional 2-4 tbsp. honey (if you prefer it sweeter)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until desired chunkiness
- Place in a mason jar in the fridge to set up for an hour or overnight.
