- SMALL- Brussels sprouts aren’t that big but they are full of nutrients such as vitamins A, C, E, K, and most of the B complex vitamins. And trace minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, calcium!
- FIBER- These contain about 4 grams of fiber in one cup! Which means better poop! Yay! And an all around better digestive system
- CANCER FIGHTING- Brussels are high in glucosinolates which is a phytonutrient that is the chemical starting point for a variety of cancer-protective substances!
- DETOXIFICATION- For the body to detox efficiently it sulfur. Brussels are high in sulfur!!
Theres so many ways to eat Brussels sprouts but the simplicest way is to just toss them with some olive oil and spices and roast them!
