Zucchini Hot Cereal (print here)
½ of a zucchini, shredded
½ cup almond flour
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp. chia seeds, ground
½ tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 banana smashed or 1 tbsp. honey
1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, add the almond milk and zucchini
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add in banana, almond flour, almond butter, turmeric and cinnamon and stir
- Add chia seeds and collagen powder. Cook until desired consistency (About 5-10 min)
- Top with berries and enjoy!
