Zucchini Hot Cereal

Looking for a cereal or oatmeal alternative?? This is perfect for either of those! And theres so many different ways to make it!

Zucchini Hot Cereal (print here)


½ of a zucchini, shredded

½ cup almond flour

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp. chia seeds, ground

½ tsp. turmeric

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 banana smashed or 1 tbsp. honey

1 scoop collagen powder (optional)


  1. In a sauce pan on medium heat, add the almond milk and zucchini
  2. Cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add in banana, almond flour, almond butter, turmeric and cinnamon and stir
  4. Add chia seeds and collagen powder. Cook until desired consistency (About 5-10 min)
  5. Top with berries and enjoy!
