Blender Muffins

Here are some Breakfast Banana Muffins! Literally only five ingredients😬 No flour and no dairy! Oh and a perfect part of a no egg breakfast because those can get old sometimes hah! Hope you enjoy!!

5 Ingredient Blender Muffins (print here)


1 small zucchini

2 medium bananas

½ cup sweet potato, mashed

¼ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)

½ tsp. cinnamon



  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grate zucchini in a bowl and set aside
  3. Place all other ingredients into blender
  4. Blend until combined
  5. Pour into bowl with zucchini and mix
  6. Pour batter evenly into 10 silicon muffin liners in a muffin tin (these won’t rise so don’t worry about filling high)
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
