Everyones getting sick! 😦 Ginger is such a good root for your immune system. It is very warming which helps open your sinuses and improves circulation. I love adding it to dishes all the time but especially when it seems like everyone AROUND me is SICK!
Healing Morning Drink
Ingredients:
1/4 inch ginger root
1/4 inch turmeric root
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. full-fat coconut milk
1 cup water
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Might want to grate the ginger and turmeric if don’t have a high powered blender or you will get chunks
- Warm using stove or microwave
*this might be a lot of ginger for some. I like it spicy but feel free to add as much or as little as you like
