It’s national STRAWBERRY DAY!!! I didn’t even know that until I saw it on Instagram and this recipe is perfect!!
So I don’t usually snack much and I don’t recommend just snacking all day. BUTTTTT when I do need a snack this is my favorite combination! And it’s involves a little sweetness and healthy fats to help satisfy you until your next meal.
Strawberry Coconut Bowl
2 tbsp. Coconut flakes
2 tbsp. Sliced almonds
1 tbsp. Coconut butter
- Melt the coconut butter
- Put coconut flakes in bottom of bowl
- Place sliced strawberries (can add different berries) and almonds on top
- Drizzle coconut butter over everything and enjoy! Can also add cinnamon or cacao nibs
