Strawberry Bowl

It’s national STRAWBERRY DAY!!! I didn’t even know that until I saw it on Instagram and this recipe is perfect!!

So I don’t usually snack much and I don’t recommend just snacking all day. BUTTTTT when I do need a snack this is my favorite combination! And it’s involves a little sweetness and healthy fats to help satisfy you until your next meal.

Strawberry Coconut Bowl

5 strawberries
2 tbsp. Coconut flakes
2 tbsp. Sliced almonds
1 tbsp. Coconut butter


  1. Melt the coconut butter
  2. Put coconut flakes in bottom of bowl
  3. Place sliced strawberries (can add different berries) and almonds on top
  4. Drizzle coconut butter over everything and enjoy! Can also add cinnamon or cacao nibs
