Was REALLY wanting pudding the other day and did not want to wait overnight just to make regular chia pudding. And I definitely did not want to make pudding from a package… obviously. So I decided to blend some chia seeds and see what happens and it totally WORKED!! It got creamy and the chia absorbed the mixture faster because they were smaller. Hope you enjoy! It’s all about thinking pure and simple!
Instant Chia Pudding (print here )
1 medium banana
1 cup almond milk
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. nut butter
1 tbsp. cacao powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 scoop collagen peptides
- Place all ingredients in blender (it works best in a high powered blender) (Can also grind chia seeds in a coffee grinder before adding them so that they will be finely ground and make a thicker pudding)
- Blend until chia seeds are ground and the mixture starts to thicken.
- Pour into container and wait 3-5 minutes until chia seeds absorb the mixture more
