We wanted to start this blog because we believe everyone has a right to basic knowledge of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and we hope we can help. We believe FOOD IS MEDICINE! We want you to learn and create and become the best version of you.
Our bodies are designed to eat real foods like vegetables, meat, fruit, nuts and seeds. America has gone far from that with processed everything. Processed foods contain high amounts of trans fat, sugar, sodium and a whole bunch of chemicals. We don’t want you to have to eat that. And we will talk about why in future posts.
We LOVE cooking. We like creating and sharing what we’ve made. And making recipes that are not only good but are good for your body is so rewarding for us. We wanted to share our love with all of you. We hope you will enjoy whats to come!
